The Eskaton 401(k) Plan
All Team Members are encouraged to participate in the Eskaton 401(k) plan through Empower Retirement once they have satisfied the following requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Have completed 90 days of service
We are making it easier to save for retirement. Beginning January 1st, 2025 all ESKATON team members 18 years and older with 90 days of service will automatically in our 401(k) savings plan.
Your pre-tax contributions will be 3%, and the company will match up to 4%.
If you are already enrolled in the plan, your contributions will automatically increase 1% each year until you reach 6%. This is an easy way to grow your savings for the future.
You can opt-out anytime by changing your elections in in power.

As life changes, it is important to keep your beneficiary information updated, too. Updating your beneficiary only takes a few minutes and helps to:
- Ensure your plan benefits go to the people you want them to
- Make a difference for your loved ones
Log on to the Empower Retirement website and follow these steps:
- Click on your plan
- Click on Beneficiaries
